Services can be provided in person if your business is local. Otherwise they will be provided virtually as long as time zones permit.
If engagement is not local, I will travel to be in person for the Quarterly and Annual EOS® Team sessions.
EOS® Implementers:
• Are franchisees of EOS® Worldwide and they do not become accountable for any areas of your business.
• Help your organization gain clarity during off-site planning sessions.
• Introduce and teach EOS® tools and facilitate and coach on how to use the tools.
Integrators:
• Become a member of your leadership team and are accountable for integrating the organization.
• Are fully committed to driving execution throughout the entire organization.
No, these are two distinct roles. We only provide Integrator services.
If you are not currently working with an EOS® Implementer we will refer one to you.
A Full-Time Integrator spends 100% of their time on all aspects of the business.
A Fractional Integrator (like myself) spends 100% of their time developing an organization to become self-sufficient in the EOS® process.
I typically work 1 full day per week for 13 weeks.
My services are retained on a Quarter-by-Quarter basis, with payment required in advance. On average, engagements last 3 to 6 Quarters.
Working with business owner(s) and their team, we work together through 4 Phases:
• Connect. We learn about each other, understand where you are in your EOS® journey, and plan next steps.
• Initiate. We begin to develop traction together by holding weekly individual and leadership team meetings.
• Integrate. I lead the team, holding all members accountable for staying on track on all aspects of the EOS® process.
• Transfer. I work myself out of a job by developing the organization to become fully self-sufficient.
